本文针对铁路集装箱既有维修费用标准体系在面对市场价格波动、维修工艺变化等情况时适应性不足的问题，研究构建一套科学合理、具有动态调整机制的铁路集装箱维修费用标准体系，该体系以人工费、材料费、机械使用费、间接费、其他费及税金为核心，系统重构维修费用项目构成，能够更为客观、公正地反映实际维修成本，为维修费用的合理确定与有效管控提供了科学依据，并促进铁路集装箱维修行业的健康发展。

This paper addresses the issue of insufficient adaptability of the existing railway container maintenance cost standards system in responding to market price fluctuations and changes in maintenance processes. It aims to develop a scientifically sound and dynamically adjustable railway container maintenance cost standards system.This system systematically restructures the composition of maintenance cost items, with labor costs, material costs, machinery usage fees, indirect costs, other expenses, and taxes as its core components. By doing so, it can more objectively and fairly reflect actual maintenance costs, provide a scientific basis for the reasonable determination and control of maintenance expenses, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the railway container maintenance industry.
