Abstract:Construction market competition is getting more and more acute,and the difficulty in winning the bid has become greater.In order to prepare a top quality bid, determine the bid price scientifically and reasonably and improve the rate and quality of bid winning,this article makes a systematic description of the process of quotation giving and the priority work to be successfully done in all phases of bid submission.It mainly gives an introduction to the formation and making method of bid price,with emphasis placed on tactics,decision and skills of the offer making,which provides a concept of tactics,decision and skills to be systematically grasped by and known to marketing staff.
