本文根据现行铁路建设项目实施阶段材料价差调整的指导意见，运用基础数学工具，结合工程实践经验，围绕原理、方法、范围、比例、数量、单价和精度等七个方面，对材料价差调整工作进行了全面的探讨，拟为现行材料价差调整指导意见的修订提供参考，为材料价差调整工作的精细化、数字化、信息化、市场化发展方向提供助力。
Abstract：Based on the current guiding opinions on the adjustment of material price differences during the implementation phase of railway construction projects, this paper uses basic mathematical tools and combines engineering practice experience to conduct a comprehensive discussion on the material price difference adjustment work focusing on seven aspects, namely principle, method, scope, proportion, quantity, unit price and accuracy. The paper intends to provide references for the revision of the current guiding opinions on material price difference adjustment and contribute to the development direction of refinement, digitalization, informatization and marketization of material price difference adjustment work.
